  4. PLC Configuration on PC
  5. Basic of ladder language.
  6. Download and upload software to PLC
  7. Siemens software SIMATIC STEP7 Professional_V13
  8. Allen Bradley company software.

 

 

Day 2 ( practical applications)

  1.   Practical connection of plc
  2.  Control of tanks filling using PLC.
  3.   Control of doors using PLC.
  4.   Control of conveyers using PLC.
  5.   Batching process control.
  6.   Silo process control.
  7.   Garage door control.

 

 

Day 3 ( timers and counters applications)

  1. Using Timers in PLC.
  2. Counter operation

 

 

Day 4 ( practical applications)

  1. Practical applications
  2. Sensor types and connection

 

 

Day 5 ( induction motor drive programming )

  1. Drive selection
  2. Wiring of drive
  3. Basic parameters
  4. Frequency reference
  5. Run command
  6. ACC and Dec Time
  7. Breaking method
  8. v/f control
  9. multi speed programming 

WORKSHOP STYLE 

 

The workshop will be of five day’s duration consisting of interactive learning sessions, videos, examples and role-play exercises to provide the delegates with the knowledge and experience of using the key learning issues and techniques.
